The New Testament books are written by apostles. And most of the Scriptures written in the New Testament is the new rule that people of the present generation should know and follow. I am not saying that you don't have to follow all the rules of the Old Testament, but Old Testament's rules are mostly made for people of that time when our God is still talking to prophets through dreams when sleeping, and visions when awake.
The New Testament are composed of 27 Books. Most of the Books are named after the 12 apostles chosen by our God before he was crucified. Other Books are named after places that apostle Paul went on when he was still making journey to spread the Word of our God.
