Here is the list of most longest Bible books based on chapters in the Old Testament.

I have done a manual sorting of all the Bible in the Old Testament from Genesis to Malachi and I ranked them from number 1 to the number 10 based on chapters they contains. The top 10 list below is the ranking from 1 to 10.

The top 10 list of most longest Bible books based on chapters are referenced from the englishtagalogbible.com.

TOP 10 LIST OF MOST LONGEST BIBLE BOOKS BASED ON CHAPTERS

1. Psalms - with 150 chapters
2. Isaiah - with 66 chapters
3. Jeremiah - with 52 chapters
4. Genesis - with 50 chapters
5.  Ezekiel - with 48 chapters
6. Job - with 42 chapters
7. Exodus - with 40 chapters
8. Numbers - with 36 chapters
8. 2 Chronicles - with 36 chapters
9. Deuteronomy - with 34 chapters
10. Proverbs - with 31 chapters
10. 1 Samuel - with 31 chapters

All in all there are 12 Books in the top 10 list of most longest Bible books based on chapters. The Books of Numbers and 2 Chronicles has the same 36 chapters and are tied at top 8th. Same goes for the Books of Proverbs and 1 Samuel having the same numbers of chapters with 31, and are tied at the top 10th spot.
