I never thought that Volleyball sports will come to the Philippine sports scene lately. For the year 2012 up to 2013, volleyball I think is the next most popular sports to basketball in the Philippines. I started watching volleyball games at Studio 23 channel few years ago and the audience is not that many but this year 2013 and last year, you will see that there are many fans watching the sports not only in television but also live, whether in San Juan arena or the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
I also noticed that the game of the volleyball girls has the more audience compared to the volleyball boys. And I already got the main reason why the sports has made a big audience boost. The reason is - the BEAUTIFUL, CUTE and TALENTED players that you will find in every volleyball girls team.
