GETS A STELLAR ENSEMBLE CAST
Update on an upcoming historical TV series for you today, people, THE BIBLE sequel A.D. from Mark Burnett and Roma Downey which has just rounded up its cast! To air as mini series at NBC in April on Easter Sunday it will have a rather breathtaking stellar cast in the story that chronicles the aftermath of Jesus’ crucifixion as the tiny band of followers fight for survival while they try to spread the Word to the world. But they have hope and soon they have power: the amazing miracle of the resurrection, and the arrival of

Richard Coyle (CROSSBONES) will play Caiaphas, High Priest of the Temple and all Jews everywhere, a calculated politician who sees the Christians as dangerous to the nation and so stops at nothing to destroy their ideals. Vincent Regan (THE ROYALS) is Pilate, Roman Governor of Judea who orders the death of Jesus at the behest of Caiaphas! Adam
Levy (BORGIAS) will play Peter, who recovers from deep guilt over abandoning Jesus, to take charge of a growing church. Juan Pablo di Pace (DALLAS) is Jesus, the charismatic leader who appears only when dying on the cross, or in resurrected divine form. Emmet Scanlan (CONSTANTINE) will play Saul, a fervent Jewish follower, who is aggressive and zealous in his admiration of the Temple and his people’s traditions. Chipo Chung (SHERLOCK) is Mary Magdalene, the backbone of the group. She works tirelessly to keep the movement going amidst all the challenges. Jodhi May (THE CRIMSON FIELD) plays Leah, wife of Caiaphas and arguably the smarter of the pair and she holds much sway in the family. Joanne
Whalley is Claudia, sensitive wife of Pilate, who has a dream about Jesus that she just can’t quite shake. Greta Scacchi plays Mother Mary, Jesus’ mother who stays strong and resolute throughout the darkest of days. Babou Ceesay plays John, Peter’s right hand and brother of James.

Remember how back in 2012 in IRON SKY Nazis had a secret base up on the Moon from which they were planning to invade Earth again? Well, IRON SKY: THE COMING RACE sequel has just released its first trailer set 20 years into the future in which Sarah Palin
(or someone looking awfully like her) is US president collaborating with Hitler who lives underground and rides dinosaurs (its kinda logical isn't it?)! The last survivors of humanity are living in the Nazis' formerly 
secret moon base. With resources running out, they set their sights on the promise of the Hollow Earth! IRON SKY had been done solely on donations, and now the producers are gathering donations again to turn this marvellous teaser below into a feature sequel!
