Shane Warne's ex-wife claims she's not responsible for his split from Elizabeth Hurley.
The 48-year-old actress has stopped wearing her sapphire engagement ring from the cricket star.
While the 44-year-old Australian is still close to his former spouse Simone and she was seen visiting his house last week, she claims they're just pals.
"There are definitely no feelings there," she told British newspaper the Daily Mirror. "Shane and I gave it a good shot and we're much better the way things are as friends."
The 43-year-old is mother of Warne's three kids and insisted she was happy with own boyfriend Toby Roberts.
She only went to Warne's home with their daughter to talk about a school project and confirmed they were not getting back together.
"I hope he and Elizabeth can work things out as they seemed happy together," she added.
It has also been claimed the pair disagreed over where to set up an abode.
Hurley wanted live in England and Warne preferred to be Down Under.
"Shane was often on the phone to Simone in the early hours of the morning. It can't have been easy for Liz. I'm sure she felt cut off from his other life," a source previously told British magazine Grazia.
The couple purportedly argued about Warne's close relationship with Simone.
Meanwhile they had been spending long periods of time apart in their home countries. During this time, Hurley was said to be unhappy about Shane meeting up regularly with his ex.
