How To Have A Good Sleep?





   Most people of us struggle just to get a good night’s sleep. The pressures of family, work, school and other aspects of modern life can make it difficult to get the quantity and quality of sleep.








There are many things you can do to help you get a good night’s sleep. Here are some suggestions for you;


1- Follow a regular sleep schedule. Go to sleep and get up at the same time each day, even on weekends. It will become your habit and you will feel asleep at the same time.

2- Make bedtime routine. Take time to relax before bedtime each night. Some people watch television, read a book, listen to soothing music, or soak in a warm bath, a luke warm glass of milk before going to bed will be helpful.

3- Switched off the lights of your bedroom before you sleep, and temperature of your bedroom should also be normal.

4- Try to have a comfortable mattress, a pillow you like, and a blanket according to the season.

5- Avoid tea, sod caffeine and alcohol before going to bed or late in day time.

6- Don’t eat more before going to bed, sometimes more acidic food may cause some problems in sleeping.

7- Use your bedroom only for sleeping. Sometimes change in the places is also responsible for poor  sleep. 
          8- Go to sleep and wake up at about the same time every day including weekends. This routine will put your brain and body into a healthy sleep-wake cycle.

The most important thing I want to share is that the quality of sleep is more important not the quantity, some after sleeping for 7-9 hours you don’t fell fresh and the same time sometimes a short sleep can be very effective. So, try to have a quality sleep with appropriate timings and then you will be able to perform your task very well.
