Cartoon and anime are the most popular terms today when it comes to kids in my country Philippines. Even me (but not a kid anymore) still watches and love to watch different cartoon or anime channels as long as I like the story and the graphics of the cartoon or anime.
As an addict watcher, it is an advantage that you are subscribe to cable channels in your place or else you will only be given channels like the GMA 7, TV5 and ABS-CBN. These three channels also have cartoon and anime programs but they are not mainly dedicated to this kind of shows. But the HERO Channel which is they said the number one Anime Channel in the Philippines is also owned by the ABS-CBN, also the Studio 23.
I have made a top 10 list that I think the most watched television cartoon and anime channels in the Philippines. Here is your top 10 list of the most watched anime and cartoon channels in the Philippines.

Note that this is only my personal sorting and which I think is the most watch cartoon and anime channels in the Philippines. It still defends on the cable television channels you are subscribed.
